At FBCUC, we don’t want a lack of funds to keep you from attending an event. This form is to be filled out whenever you are seeking a scholarship for any of our youth ministry functions that require financial compensation. Scholarships will be given to individuals on a case by case basis. Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee you a scholarship for a specific function.
